Joe Little, Chairman
Mr. Little lives in Zavala County and has owned a ranching business in Zavala and Dimmit counties for the past 28 years. He is an attorney and a certified public accountant. Mr. Little was elected by stockholders in 1989.

John Prukop, Vice Chairman
Mr. Prukop lives in Jim Wells County and has been farming since 1974 in Jim Wells, Nueces and Kleberg counties. He has a BS from Texas A&I University in Agricultural Economics. Mr. Prukop was elected by the stockholders in 1990.

Joe Ruple, Member
Mr. Ruple lives in Atascosa County, where he owns a farming and ranching operation. He is also involved in real estate development and brokerage. Mr. Ruple serves on the board of CC Charter, a charter schools service provider. He has been an association member since 1993 and was elected by the stockholders in 2002.

Ray Henry, Member
Mr. Henry was elected to the board of directors in 1992. He is a partner in the Henry Brothers farming and ranching operation, located in Uvalde County. Mr. Henry has a BS in Agriculture from Texas A&I University. He was formerly on the board of directors of Uvalde PCA and serves as chairman of the Uvalde County Appraisal Board.

David P. Henneke, Member
Mr. Henneke is an independent investment advisor who provides investment and brokerage services from his office in Alice, Texas. He is a 1970 graduate of Texas A&I University with a BBA in Finance, and has more than 20 years of banking experience.

Ralph Hesse, Member
Mr. Hesse lives in Uvalde County and is president and manager of Chaparral Feeders, Inc., a custom cattle feeding operation. He also owns and manages a row crop farm in Uvalde County. Mr. Hesse has been an association member since 1975 and was elected to serve on the board in 1995.

Jesse Howell, Member
Mr. Howell lives in Jim Wells County, where has has a cattle feedlot operation. He was appointed by the Federal Intermediate Credit Bank of Texas to the board of directors in 1982. Mr. Howell was elected by the stockholders in 1983.

Kelvin Barry, Member
Mr. Barry lives in Waller County, where he farms corn and milo, runs a cow-calf and stocker business, and owns feedyard cattle. He has been an association member since 1991 and was elected by stockholders to serve as a board member in 2000. Prior to his election, Mr. Barry served on the association's Nominating Committee.
